Wichtige Informationen:

• Die Teilnahme am Ringercamp geschieht auf eigene Gefahr. Du benötigst eine eigene Krankenversicherung und musst spätestens bei Ankunft im Ringercamp eine Haftungsfreistellungserklärung unterschreiben.
• Bei Verlegung oder Absage der Veranstaltung wird maximal der bezahlte Teilnehmerbeitrag erstattet. Eventuell angefallene oder gebuchte Reisekosten o.ä. werden nicht erstattet. 
• Während der Veranstaltung können Foto- und Filmaufnahmen durch die Organisatoren erfolgen, die z.B. zur Dokumentation oder  Vereinsdarstellung u.a. auch im Internet genutzt werden.

Infos für Übernachtungstickets

• 4 Tage Teilnahme (3.6. - 6.6.2022) d.h. 3 Übernachtungen im 2- oder 3-Bett-Zimmer
• Die Anreise ist ab Freitag, 3.6.2022 16 Uhr möglich (Check-In am Freitag 16 - 21:30 Uhr, am Samstag 8 - 10 Uhr)
• Ende der Veranstaltung Montag 6.6.2022 13 Uhr
• Vollverpflegung (auch vegetarisch)

Infos für Shuttle-Service

• Shuttle-Abfahrt ab Berlin Hauptbahnhof zum Sportzentrum am Freitag, den 3.6.2022 um 15 Uhr
• Shuttle-Rückfahrt ab Sportzentrum zum Berliner Hauptbahnhof am Montag, den 6.6.2022 um 14 Uhr (Ankunft ca. 16 Uhr am Berliner Hauptbahnhof ) 

Info für Tagestickets

• Das Tagesticket gilt am gebuchten Tag für den Zeitraum 9-20 Uhr (inkl. Mittagessen und Abendessen)
• Keine Übernachtung
• Eigene Anreise

General information

• The participation is strictly at your own risk. Every participant needs a health insurance and must absolve every other participant and the organizers from any responsibility for injury by signing a special document on the first day.
• When the organisers need to cancel or to put off the event, they will only refund the paid registration fee. The organisers can not be held responsible for potential travel expenses, costs already incurred or anything else. The organisers do not act as travel or commercial agents. 
• Only cancellations received from participants before March 1st, 2022 are eligible for a refund.
• Organizers may take photographs and video footage during the event and use these in their publicity as well as in their website.

Information for overnight guests

• 4 days (3 overnights) from June 3rd to 6th, 2022
• Accomodation in double (or triple) bedrooms.
• Check-in on Friday June 3rd, 2022 16:00h and 21:30h and on Saturday June 4th, 2022 between 8:00h and 10:00h.
• The event ends on Monday, June 6th, 2022 at 13:00h.
• Full board catering (vegetarian food available).

Information for shuttle users

• The shuttle will start at Berlin central station (Hauptbahnhof) on June 3rd, 2022 at 15:00h
• The return shuttle to Berlin will start at the event location on June 6th, 2022 at 14:00h and will arrive at Berlin central station (Hauptbahnhof) approximately at 16:00h. 

Information for day passes

• Day passes are only valid for the booked day. Lunch and evening meal is included.
• Own arrival.
• No overnight.
